What it is
CreaRack Pro is a SaaS platform for designing, documenting, and monitoring datacenter infrastructure. You plan racks visually, keep a live inventory of your devices, monitor your network, open SSH sessions from the browser, and manage digital signage screens — all from one web app.

Modules
Dashboard / Racks
Your home screen. Lists every rack as a card, grouped by the map it belongs to. From here you create racks and open the Rack Editor to drag devices from a stencil library, set properties, ports, and connections.
Map Editor (Blueprints + Auto-Plan)
Draw floor plans of your facilities and place racks in their real positions. Upload a floor plan photo and let Auto-Plan AI detect and place racks for you. Placing a rack on a map creates the rack itself.
Terminal SSH + Local Agent
Open SSH sessions to your devices straight from the browser, with multi-pane layouts, a script library, and SFTP. The optional Local Agent (a small Windows service) handles connectivity and keeps monitoring running 24/7 even with the browser closed.
Auto-Provision
Discovery wizard inside the Terminal hub. Scans your network, identifies devices via SNMP, and sends them in bulk to the right module: racks, Wireless, UPS, or Digital Signage.
Network Observatory
Real-time network monitoring: ping latency, SNMP bandwidth, interface errors, CPU/memory/temperature charts, alerts, AI insights (CNS), and ITSM tickets.
Wireless Monitor
Dedicated dashboard for WiFi access points: station counts, throughput, radios, SSIDs, and connected clients. Multi-vendor.
UPS Monitor
Power protection at a glance: battery charge, load, runtime, voltage, and alarms for your UPS fleet. Supports APC, Eaton, CyberPower, Vertiv, Salicru, and more.
Digital Signage
A CMS for media players (SpinetiX, BrightSign, Samsung, and more): upload content, build playlists, schedule by time and weekday, and deploy to screens in bulk. Includes a client portal for external clients.
Settings & Security
User management with roles, company data, stored credentials, system logs, full system backup and restore, MFA (TOTP and passkeys).
Multi-tenant by design
